Pine Needle Tea – the OG Suramin

Ingredients

  • Use an OLD teapot – it’ll get sticky with sap and never be the same. I have a pine tea only pot, separate from my regular teapot, purchased from goodwill.
  • 1 handful fresh pine needles
  • bring to boil, remove from heat, cover, and let steep.
  • Return to low heat and simmer for at least 15-20 minutes, keeping the lid on to retain the essential oils.
